This is the walking bridge which leads to Nickeus Park.
I used to ride my bike over it EVERY day
on my way to the Mini Mart or swimming pool.
Washington Elementary is a few blocks west of this point.
I hear they they want to tear down the school now.
It was one of the oldest (but naturally the best) in town.

Washington Elementary back in my day.
I used to ride my bike over it EVERY day
on my way to the Mini Mart or swimming pool.
