Seriously?

Below is an article which was ran in The Daily Journal today. Not only has the Hardware store been violated, but several other businesses in town have also been targets of a serial menace. I really hope for the sake of small businesses in town that law enforcement can catch the criminals who have hurt and shaken our community.

Pelican Rapids police have no suspects in a burglary that occurred at Strand Hardware on the 100 block of South Broadway on Monday night or Tuesday morning.

The burglar removed a window to access the store and took an undetermined amount of money from the cash register.

He or she then unsuccessfully attempted to kick in a door that led from the store into an adjacent business.

There were also screens that were cut on the outside of the business; however, the burglar was not able to access it.

Police believe the burglary occurred between 10 p.m. on Monday and 5 a.m. on Tuesday.
