No School?

After bringing my youngest to the eye doctor yesterday, we had a conversation while on the way home to show dad the options for frames.

"Mom, I think I should stay home for a while."

"Oh yeah? How come?" I asked her.

"I should stay home from school for a while because I can't see anyways."

She needs to wear glasses all the time, but especially in school. Since she doesn't have them yet, she figures why go to school when she can't see right anyways! Although school was okay with her normal vision up until she heard the eye doctor say how important her glasses are to wear during school so she can learn properly. What a kid!
