Hay!

First crop is started! Beautiful weather is the forecast. My hubby is hooked up to the haybine and the rows are smelling of sweet alfalfa freshly cut. Softball has started and summer has officially begun. The thermometer in town mistakenly read 104 yesterday, but it did reach 92 degrees! The kids jumped in their pool for the first time yesterday after basketball camp. They splashed and played for quite some time. It has been 3 years since I have set up the pool. It sure is nice to have the option of jumping in on a sultry day.
